It’s that time again to sign up for the snow removal a la carte services that are not typically covered under the Benefited Unit (BU) Assessment for your home. Please be aware that your Benefited Unit Assessment only covers snow removal from driveways, front walkways, propane filling ports and fire hydrants in your neighborhood.
The Roof Ice & Snow Removal program being offered will provide snow removal or ice dam services as needed. Throughout the winter, the roof will be monitored for accumulation of snow and/or ice. Any snow and/or ice that has the potential to cause damage will be removed.
THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM IS NOVEMBER 10, 2025.
Snow Removal Program Overview
Snow removal is initiated on days when the base area snow stake reaches 4 or more inches.
Snow removal in TMA is broken down and separated into several areas of responsibility.
- TMA Roadways
- BU – Driveways & Front Walkways
- Roof Snow Removal (Optional)
- BU – Patio/Hot Tub (Optional)
BU Residential neighborhoods require contractors to begin snow removal at 6:00 a.m. Snow events lasting several days may require crews to work irregular hours of operation, including overnight. All crews are continually reminded to keep noise pollution to an absolute minimum during these night-time work sessions.
